Teacher's Day Celebration

 Teacher's Day Celebration 2022

Department of English, MKBU

This blog is made for the collective memory of the Teacher's Day Celebration 2022 at the Department of English, Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University.

On 5th September 2022, the department of English celebrated virtual Teacher's Day. In the 21st century Digital skilling has been more important to work smoothly and the Department of English is very well known for Digital skilling. Dr. Dilip Barad sir, HOD of the Department of English always encourages us to work with the technical tools.

So as a part of e-learning and Teaching on the occasion of Teacher's Day, we have to make a short video lecture. This is not the only way to celebrate Teacher's Day. Moving a step ahead, we have prepared an online quiz based on the video lecture and for the successful completion of the online quiz each participant gets an e-certificate. We have uploaded this video on our own YouTube channel and in Ed. Ted platform also. This is a very long process and also very much interesting.

This was my first Teacher's Day Celebration at the Department of English. So as per the new tradition of Teacher's Day Celebration, I have also made a short video lecture on the Topic 'The History of English Language'. I have uploaded my YouTube video on both the platform, YouTube and Ed. Ted.

Here is my YouTube video:-

Our seniors, sir and Ma'am have guided us a lot. In this video making process, we were supposed to work with Green Board, White Board, Glass Board and Smart Board. I have used a smart Board. Barad sir and Yesha ma'am helped me to deal with the Smart board. Thanks to Ghansyam Katariya for helping in video recording.

Thank you sir for enclosing new way of learning .

Thank you for visiting....
